More Funding for the Arts! Artworks Receives $500,000.00 for ARTWALK

Casual cell snaps walking Last weekend’s ART ALL DAY Event on Saturday Sept. 17th - the organization Artsworks aims to “Connect Community through Creativity” – Offerings included open studios, live plein Air Painting, mural painting, bike tours, walking tours, live music and activities for kids.  The Artworks organization just announced new funding for their Artwalk project with the city of Trenton and the State of NJ, receiving $500,000. The Artwalk project will include lighting and murals along a pedestrian and bicycle passage between the Trenton Transit Center and downtown Trenton.  More info about this arts nonprofit at www.ArtWorksTrenton.org
