MKH was called upon in 2016 for what turned out to be a 14-month, supplemental public relations consult program. MKH was hired to work with the Raven to build a more diverse audience, while increasing deeper trust with loyal clientele as well as the community at large. Particular highlights included employee recognition programs related to the autism community, hosting press reviews on dining, community event programming for identified demographics and theatrical programing, branded and launched as NEW FEATHERS by MKH. NF quickly developed a cult-like following and additionally attracted new audiences/patrons as the original goal intended. NEW FEATHERS featured new works of award-winning and emerging playwrights, as well as performers from the Philadelphia and New York Region, ultimately garnering heavy, regional press-attention.
